Captains Drive off - Boxing Day competition

The boxing day competition kicked off with a great start with this years new captains driving off the tenth tee in style!
The captains of the sections are:
Mens Captain: Paul Howard
Ladies Captain: Karen Thomas
Seniors Captain: Peter Arnold
Junior Captain: Ed Jenkins
The shot gun start competition was finished with all the competitiors having soup and a roll together and the presentations and captains hand overs took place.
The winners of the competition were:
Mens: 1st- Steve Davis2nd- Ken Mitchel
3rd- Gary Willoughby
Ladies: 1st- Karen Thomas (a great start to her year as captain, long may the wins continue!)
2nd- Hills Goldsmith
3rd- Heather Cawthorne
A good day was had by all.
